How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for store credit. Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. There will be a 25% Restocking Fee. Merchandise must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving a return authorization number from us. The dress must be unworn and in the same condition you received it. Any items returned to us without original tags in place or that have been tampered with in any way will not receive store credit.
